What You'll Be Doing:
As a key part of our service team, you’ll be the friendly face customers rely on at the final stage of their visit. Your day will include:
Providing exceptional customer service:
- Creating a positive, lasting impression at tills and the food order desk.
- Tailoring your service style to each customer—whether you’re advising on menu choices or finalising their purchase.
Supporting customers with confidence:
- Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customers feel supported.
- Managing food orders efficiently and accurately.
- Assisting with click & collect purchases.
Key operational responsibilities
You’ll be trained to complete a variety of important processes, including:
- Refunds & open codes
- Waste management
- Product transfers
- Cash handling and till operations
- Food order entry and completion
What We Are Looking For:
- A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping others
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- A proactive, positive attitude
- Confidence in following procedures accurately
- Someone who enjoys teamwork and thrives in a busy environment
Working Pattern:
You will be supporting a 7‑day‑a‑week operation. You will be scheduled for early, mid, or late shifts, with two days off per week.
