What You'll Be Doing:

As a key part of our service team, you’ll be the friendly face customers rely on at the final stage of their visit. Your day will include:

Providing exceptional customer service:

  • Creating a positive, lasting impression at tills and the food order desk.
  • Tailoring your service style to each customer—whether you’re advising on menu choices or finalising their purchase.

Supporting customers with confidence:

  • Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customers feel supported.
  • Managing food orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Assisting with click & collect purchases. 

Key operational responsibilities

You’ll be trained to complete a variety of important processes, including:

  • Refunds & open codes
  • Waste management
  • Product transfers
  • Cash handling and till operations
  • Food order entry and completion

  • Confidence in following procedures accurately
  • Someone who enjoys teamwork and thrives in a busy environment

Working Pattern:

You will be supporting a 7‑day‑a‑week operation. You will be scheduled for early, mid, or late shifts, with two days off per week.
