We are looking for an exceptional Sales Associate to join our iconic Jewellery department on the Second Floor of our world‑famous Piccadilly store. From contemporary pieces to exclusive Fortnum’s charms, our curated collection is designed to delight — and we’re searching for someone who can help bring this magic to life for every customer who walks through our doors.

Please note:  This is a part‑time position of 22.5 hours per week. To support the needs of our iconic store, candidates must have full availability to work any day of the week, including weekends, on a rotating rota.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Floor Manager, you will:

  • Create exceptional customer experiences through genuine, personalised service
  • Maintain immaculate product presentation and stock levels
  • Work collaboratively to achieve departmental KPIs
  • Use your product knowledge to inspire and excite customers
  • Bring confidence, curiosity, and a friendly, engaging presence to the shop floor
