What You'll Do:

As a Sales Associate, you will be the warm, welcoming face of our iconic brand. You’ll create memorable experiences for our customers, sharing your knowledge of our luxury products - from teas and hampers to confectionery and seasonal favourites - and ensuring our standards of excellence shine through in everything you do.

• Provide impeccable, personalised service to every customer
• Build strong product knowledge to guide and inspire customers
• Maintain beautifully presented displays and a pristine store environment
• Deliver on daily sales targets and contribute to team success
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Represent Fortnum & Mason’s values and heritage with pride

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail or customer‑facing roles (luxury retail a plus)
• A genuine passion for hospitality, luxury, and exceptional service
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
• A proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and seasonal peak periods
• A team player who brings positivity and enthusiasm to every shift
