As part of our team, you’ll deliver world-class service, inspiring customers with your deep product knowledge and enthusiasm. Reporting to the Floor Manager, you’ll ensure every visit feels special while helping us achieve departmental goals through both individual brilliance and collaborative teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and engage customers, creating a warm and memorable shopping experience
• Share your expert knowledge of Bath & Body products to inspire and delight
• Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences
• Maintain impeccable presentation standards across the department
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Stay curious and proactive in learning about new products and trends
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience

 What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine love for luxury retail and Bath & Body products
• Previous experience in a similar role
• A confident, engaging, and friendly approach to customer service
• A hunger to learn and master our products inside-out
• Flexibility to work 37.5 hours per week across a rotating schedule (including weekends)
