We are now seeking a Retail Supervisor (40 hours) to join our brand-new Bicester Village retail team—someone who shares our passion for excellence, food and is committed to delivering a truly memorable experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

  • Offer guidance, motivation and share responsibility for the floor’s day-to-day operations. 
  • Attend to customer enquiries, appointments and feedback
  • Relay KPI’s with the team and ensure this is driven through sales
  • Help on the shop floor where needed
  • Create long last memories with customers through story telling and product knowledge

 

What We're Looking For:

  •  Similar experience in a previous role
  • Strong relationship building with management, clientele and third party individuals
  • Strong communication skills
  •  Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • A friendly warm approach with great people skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
