We are now seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Store Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching and shaping the success of our newest store in Bicester Villag - supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the Store Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor
  • Spend the majority of your time on the sales floor, coaching, mentoring, and developing your team
  • Support the delivery of the store KPIs including sales, customer satisfaction, compliance, and team development
  • Drive commercial performance through effective planning, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards including health & safety, food safety, and due diligence
  • Lead by example in managing customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery
  • Support recruitment, training, and succession planning to build a strong and engaged team

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a premium or luxury retail environment
  • A confident and inspiring leader with a hands-on, coaching-led approach
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales and operational targets
  • Passion for food, heritage, and delivering extraordinary service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends
