We are delighted to invite interested applicants to our Retail Host Experience Day, taking place at our iconic Piccadilly flagship. This immersive session is designed to help us meet talented individuals who could be perfect additions to our Guest Experience Team.

Time: 8am-9.30am

Location: 181 Piccadilly, Fortnum & Mason, W1A 1ER

What To Expect on the Day

During the Experience Day, you will:

• Learn more about the world of Fortnum & Mason, our legacy, and the Guest Experience Team

• Take part in a group activity designed to showcase your communication, creativity, and hosting style

• Participate in a 1:1 client‑focused interview, where you can demonstrate how you engage, communicate and build rapport with guests and clients alike

• Demonstrate your ability to deliver warm, confident, guest‑led interactions

What We Are Look For:

• Experience in a fast-paced guest-facing environment: luxury retail, hospitality, events, hosting, travel
• A warm, confident communicator who thrives in 1:1 engagement
• Someone who brings a natural sense of theatre and can engage guests with poise and personality
• Passion for Fortnum’s heritage, exceptional service, and our extraordinary food and drink
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
• A genuine desire for a long-term role where you can grow and flourish

It’s even better if you:

• Have an interest or background in performing arts
• Enjoy storytelling and bringing products and history to life
• Have experience supporting VIP service, personal shopping or premium guest experiences
• Naturally love making people feel welcome
