We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to join our Canary Wharf team who can inspire, deliver world‑class service, and help create a truly memorable retail experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the pop-up store and upholding the impeccable standards Fortnum & Mason is known for. You’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team, maintaining a beautifully presented and safe working environment, and ensuring every customer receives the warm, personal, luxury service they expect from us.

• A proven background in retail at supervisory or assistant management level
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence using point‑of‑sale systems and basic computer applications
• A genuine passion for luxury retail and creating extraordinary customer experiences
• Energy, drive, and a results‑focused mindset
• The ability to maintain high standards of presentation, compliance, and operational excellence
