The Role  

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bath & Body and Perfumery Manager to lead our luxury department. This is a unique opportunity to curate and deliver an exceptional customer experience, showcasing the finest fragrances, skincare, and bath products from world-renowned brands and exclusive collections.

 What You'll Do: 

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets. 
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards that reflect Fortnum & Mason’s heritage and luxury positioning. 
• Build strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice and personalised recommendations. 
• Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with company standards. 
• Drive KPIs and commercial performance through effective planning, reporting, and team development. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Proven experience managing a luxury beauty, fragrance, or bath & body department. 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. 
• Exceptional product knowledge – particularly in luxury settings, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service. 
• Commercially astute with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets. 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
