Join the Fortnum & Mason Guest Experience Team!

We are now looking for Queue Management Retail Hosts to join our Guest Experience team this Christmas season

Our Retail Hosts are an iconic symbol of the company’s heritage and embody our long standing legacy of joy giving things. You will take part in all things guest experience and queue management in the store.

 

Contracts are 40 hours a week, running from as soon as w/c 24/11/25 to 21/12/25 and 24/12/25 - ideally you will be fully flexible with no holiday booked.

 

 

 What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast paced environment in a similar role in guest experience
  • A friendly warm approach with great people skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Outstanding communication skills
