Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Retail Supervisor to join our unique Ground Floor of our Flagship Piccadilly store. Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

 What You'll Do:

• Delivering exceptional service through story telling on our confectionary counter for our customers
• Motivate, lead and inspire the confectionary team
• Work alongside buyers, visual merchandising and other wider teams in the business to create a successful environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a fast paced environment in a similar role
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
• A friendly warm approach with great people skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Outstanding communication skills
