Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Retail Supervisor to join the team. Reporting to both the Floor & Retail Manager, we are looking for an inspirational and proactive leader who will offer guidance and share responsibility for the floor’s day-to-day operations. You will assist in motivating and coaching the team to ensure they all deliver world-class customer service consistently. Strong management and people skills are key to this role, as you will need to confidently guide a diverse team of sales staff.

This is a fixed-term position running until 12 July 2027, based on a 40-hour week. Full flexibility across shifts and days is required, and the role is located at our Canary Wharf store.
What You'll Do:
Motivate and lead a diverse team to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Drive commercial results through effective floor management and proactive selling.
Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success.
Lead and support your team on the shop floor, building a culture of exceptional retail standards, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to deliver smooth day-to-day operations.

Experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
A friendly warm approach with great people skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, early shifts and late finishes
