The successful candidate will be: 

• Responsible for supporting the General Manager in the management of the entire restaurant's operations
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas
• Create and take ownership to deliver results on time
• Come up with ideas and take opportunities to improve performance by using knowledge of customers product and competitors
