We are now seeking an inspiring Kiosk Manager to lead our brand-new Bicester Village Hospitality team. What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver outstanding service and deep product & brand knowledge. 
  • Maintain and continuously expand your expertise in the brand and product offerings. 
  • Build and sustain a high-performance team culture based on open feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with all company policies, controls, and standards - including due diligence, cleanliness, cash handling, health & safety, and dress code, with a target of 85%+ on internal audits. 
  • Own the delivery of financial objectives through strategic leadership and operational efficiency. 

 What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience in a senior Hospitality leadership role, ideally within luxury or premium environments 

  • A forward-thinking leader with a warm, engaging, and motivational style 

  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales, KPIs and operational targets 

  • Passion for food, heritage, and delivering extraordinary service 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends
