We are now looking for an experienced and exceptional Floor Manager to lead our ever iconic and busy tea & coffee department.

With over 300 years of expertise, this iconic London destination offers an extraordinary selection of premium teas and coffees sourced from the finest estates around the globe. Our Floor Manager will be fully responsible for the tight-knit tea & coffee team, managing their performance through strong leadership skills and will ensure our world class customer service is delivered consistently

 What You'll Do:

  • Delivering exceptional service through driving sales, leading and inspiring the tea & coffee team and assisting clientele on the shopfloor
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast paced environment in a similar role in a tea & coffee management setting
  • Proven experience in managing a team against performance indicators
  • A friendly warm approach with great people skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Outstanding communication skills
