Job Title: Customer Account Project Administrator

Location: 181 Piccadilly, London.

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract to 30 September 2025

Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Account Administrator to support our customer account migration project. You will work closely with the project lead within the department and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and effective communication throughout the migration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to account card holders on file, preparing analysis on account card holder balances.
  • Track account card holder credit limits, both old and new, execute the switch of the account card types, perform credit checks when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer account card holders’ related contact details, documentation, reports, and trackers and maintain and update necessary documentations for opening a new customer account.
  • Process new application and set up Direct Debit when necessary for account card holders.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external communication regarding the migration process.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather and manage data for the migration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any risks or issues.
  • Support quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy post-migration.
  • Assist with resource planning and management.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the successful completion of the project.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Accounts or Project Administrator, Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Understanding customer balances on account and excellent communication skills internally and externally.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a migration or small to medium-scale operational project is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in accounting, IT, or customer account management.
  • D365 or similar ERP experience.
  • Familiarity with data migration processes and related technologies.
  • Understanding of change management principles.
