Talent Advisor - 3 month FTC

Our Head Office department is in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our beautiful flagship store. This central London location offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.

 

Role Purpose:

 

Fortnum & Mason are looking for a Talent Advisor to join us on a 3-month fixed term contract.

 

The purpose of this role is to support the Head Office Talent Manager to manage the full recruitment life cycle from job briefing with stakeholders, advertising roles, sourcing candidates, CV screening, managing feedback and updating our ATS system and trackers.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the Head Office Talent Manager in the full 360 recruitment process to ensure all business, candidate and stakeholder needs are met.
  • Be fully accountable for the candidate experience from application to offer and onboarding, making sure people have an on-brand Fortnum’s experience throughout
  • To update and maintain recruitment trackers, as well as fully utilise our ATS system.
  • Give candidate feedback in a timely manner, making sure the candidate has an on brand and personal experience.
  • Work closely with the wider Talent and HR team to partner with the business.

We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience as a recruiter, either from agency or another in-house role.
  • Experience of using initiative with an ability to work at pace and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator in both written and verbal communication with an ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
