Employee Relations Administrator - 3 Month FTC
Job description
Our Head Office department is in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our beautiful flagship store. This central London location offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Employee Relations Administrator to support our busy People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
Required Skills & Experience

Excellent administrative skills
Confident using Microsoft Office for general administrative coordination.
Able to manage documents, create letters, schedules, trackers and case-related workflows effectively.

Able to take clear, structured notes during confidential meetings.
Maintains strict discretion and adheres to confidentiality requirements at all times.
Good written communication skills
Capable of drafting letters, documents and internal communications clearly and professionally.
Able to format, proofread and present information to a high standard.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong working knowledge of Excel, including using formulas, organising data and maintaining spreadsheets.
Competent across Word, Outlook and Teams.
Organised and proactive
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
Works independently to deadlines and anticipates upcoming requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills
Builds positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Communicates professionally, calmly and confidently
