Employee Relations Administrator - 3 Month FTC

Our Head Office department is in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our beautiful flagship store. This central London location offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Employee Relations Administrator to support our busy People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and produces consistently reliable work.

  • Maintains quality standards across all administrative tasks.

Excellent administrative skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office for general administrative coordination.

  • Able to manage documents,  create letters, schedules, trackers and case-related workflows effectively.

Confident handling sensitive information

  • Able to take clear, structured notes during confidential meetings.

  • Maintains strict discretion and adheres to confidentiality requirements at all times.

Good written communication skills

  • Capable of drafting letters, documents and internal communications clearly and professionally.

  • Able to format, proofread and present information to a high standard.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including using formulas, organising data and maintaining spreadsheets.

  • Competent across Word, Outlook and Teams.

Organised and proactive

  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.

  • Works independently to deadlines and anticipates upcoming requirements.

Strong interpersonal skills

  • Builds positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

  • Communicates professionally, calmly and confidently
