Senior Sales Associate - Hong Kong

Job description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with the store team to ensure the smooth running of the shop floor

  • Act as first initial point of contact for issues regarding customer complaints, service and maintenance standards

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, controls and standards (e.g. due diligence, cleanliness, cash handling, H&S, uniform etc.)

  • Organise and distribute break schedules for the floor on a weekly basis

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Drive Sales V Plan, Concession Sales, Sales vs LY

  • Drive Productivity Figures within the team

  • Monitor success of marketing events

  • Drive data capture by engaging team

  • Acting on Customer feedback and complaints working with Management team

  • Motivated, outgoing and approachable

  • Candidates with customer service experience in other industries welcome to apply

 

Candidates with less experience may be considered for Sales Associate.
