Senior Sales Associate - Hong Kong
Job description
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with the store team to ensure the smooth running of the shop floor
- Act as first initial point of contact for issues regarding customer complaints, service and maintenance standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, controls and standards (e.g. due diligence, cleanliness, cash handling, H&S, uniform etc.)
- Organise and distribute break schedules for the floor on a weekly basis
Key Performance Indicators:
- Drive Sales V Plan, Concession Sales, Sales vs LY
- Drive Productivity Figures within the team
- Monitor success of marketing events
- Drive data capture by engaging team
- Acting on Customer feedback and complaints working with Management team
