Senior Sales Associate - Hong Kong
Job description
Key Accountabilities:
Work with the store team to ensure the smooth running of the shop floor
Act as first initial point of contact for issues regarding customer complaints, service and maintenance standards
Ensure adherence to company policies, controls and standards (e.g. due diligence, cleanliness, cash handling, H&S, uniform etc.)
Organise and distribute break schedules for the floor on a weekly basis
Key Performance Indicators:
Drive Sales V Plan, Concession Sales, Sales vs LY
Drive Productivity Figures within the team
Monitor success of marketing events
Drive data capture by engaging team
Acting on Customer feedback and complaints working with Management team
