Reports to: Supervisor/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

*         Team up with the retail management team for smooth shop operations.

*         Encourage your team to meet sales targets.

*         Be a customer service superstar.

*         Address customer issues and complaints.

*         Follow company policies and maintain cleanliness and safety.

*         Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

*         Work collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Key Performance Indicators:

*         Assist managers in delivering excellent customer service.

*         Aim to minimize waste and markdowns.

*         Prioritize health and safety.

*         Track and report on marketing events.

*         Participate in team activities and use customer feedback for improvement.

*         Seek ongoing feedback from managers and peers.
