Interim Food Technologist (Contractor - 3 Months)

Job description

Job purpose:

  • To manage technical aspects of food and wine labelling creation for the EU market.
  • To ensure product and labelling compliance in chosen European markets.
  • To deliver the project versus set critical path, to flag and manage any risks to timelines.
  • To work with external 3rd parties (translation agencies) on the timely delivery of the project (ensure work runs on time and meets the set requirements)

  • Ability to make timely, consistent and well-balanced decisions

 

Qualifications:

  • Scientific degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a technical area in either retailing or manufacturing
