Interim Food Technologist (Contractor - 3 Months)
Job description
Job purpose:
To manage technical aspects of food and wine labelling creation for the EU market.
To ensure product and labelling compliance in chosen European markets.
To deliver the project versus set critical path, to flag and manage any risks to timelines.
To work with external 3rd parties (translation agencies) on the timely delivery of the project (ensure work runs on time and meets the set requirements)

Qualifications:
Scientific degree or equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in a technical area in either retailing or manufacturing
