We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to be part of this unique new venture and to help deliver a warm, memorable experience to each and every guest.

Role Overview:
As our Barista, you’ll be the heart and soul of our coffee bar, responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, showcasing exceptional coffee knowledge, and delivering unparalleled customer service. You'll play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, and signature drinks, with precision and artistry.

• Engage with customers, providing knowledgeable recommendations on coffee selections and origins.

• Ensure that every drink is crafted to the highest standards, following precise measurements and preparation techniques.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, ensuring a visually appealing presentation at all times.

• Manage inventory of coffee supplies and ingredients, reporting low stock as needed.

• Operate coffee-making equipment and grinders, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a high-end or specialty coffee setting.

• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and a genuine passion for the craft.

• Ability to handle high-volume orders with efficiency and precision.

• Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor.

• Attention to detail, particularly in drink presentation and preparation.

• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required.
