Named in honour of Fortnum's address in London's Piccadilly, 181 is a unique dining destination that brings over 300 years - and counting - of food and drink expertise to Hong Kong. Set within Victoria Dockside’s pioneering cultural hub K11 MUSEA, our beautiful bar and dining room serves Afternoon Tea, Fortnum’s most famous pastime, and whether you’re joining us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you can expect specially curated seasonal menus and enjoy stunning views of Hong Kong Island across the water.
About the Role

We are looking for talented Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurants. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet and seat guests, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations on our menu offerings.

  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and quality.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

  • Table Management: Manage table assignments, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and assist with setup and breakdown for special events.

  • Upselling: Promote and upsell our seasonal offerings, specials, and signature dishes to enhance the guest experience.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with our menu changes, specials, and promotions, and be open to ongoing training and development.
