The Fortnum & Mason store located inside the stunning Royal Exchange building, in the heart of Bank, brings a range of our favourite Fortnum’s products right to the doorstep of our customers in the City.

Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Sales Associate (Mon - Fri)  to join our busy Royal Exchange store. Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, our Sales Associate will provide exceptional service to our customers on the shop floor, ensure our stock levels are maintained, that our products are presented impeccably, and that departmental KPI’s are reached through both individual excellence and teamwork.

Our Sales Associate will look after all things customer ordering and relationship building with clientele and brands. 

Further to this, our successful candidate will:

• Have strong IT knowledge
• Clienteling, building relationships with external businesses, hotels, banks and businesses around the area. 
• Look for new opportunities within clienteling. Managing key business relationships to grow revenue on customer ordering.
• Offer eventing, being involved in pop ups to promote store at key times of the year. 
• Have confidence on the phone, email comm's, excel usage.
