We’re looking for an experienced Retail Replenisher to join our Stock Operations Replenishment Team, ensuring our shelves are beautifully stocked, perfectly presented, and always ready to delight.

What You'll Be Doing:

As part of our dedicated StockOps Replenishment team, you’ll help keep the heartbeat of the store running smoothly. Your day will include:

  • Carrying out daily picks of stock across all required floors and departments
  • Executing auto‑generated picks and responding to manual requests for loose and pre‑packed ambient goods
  • Reporting shortages and identifying potential quality control risks
  • Processing inbound transfers from our external distribution centre and receiving direct supplier deliveries
  • Working closely with StockOps Supervisors and Admin Teams to maintain seamless store operations

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and passion to the role. You’ll have:

  • Experience in manual handling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure
  • A proactive mindset and confidence to drive processes forward
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise your workload
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of health & safety at work
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures
