Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our unique team at our beautiful Flagship store in Piccadilly. Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

What You'll Do: 

  •  Responsible for supporting the General Manager in the management of the entire restaurant's operations. 

  • Oversee & Manage all areas of the restaurant 

  • People Management 

  • Interviewing & Hiring Employees 

  • Development & Performance Management 

  • (SOP) Standard of Procedures and Service Level 

  • Compliance of Training Matrix 

  • Ensure Positive Guest Service in all Areas 

  • Supporting Financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time 

  • Oversee Stock Take & Stock Control 

  • Tracking Holidays & Days off requests 

  • Monitoring Agency Spent & Tracker 

  • Food Safety and Planning
