Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

What You'll Do:
Responsible for supporting the General Manager in the management of the entire restaurant's operations.
Oversee & Manage all areas of the restaurant
People Management
Interviewing & Hiring Employees
Development & Performance Management
(SOP) Standard of Procedures and Service Level
Compliance of Training Matrix
Ensure Positive Guest Service in all Areas
Supporting Financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time
Oversee Stock Take & Stock Control
Tracking Holidays & Days off requests
Monitoring Agency Spent & Tracker
Food Safety and Planning
