Reservations Coordinator

Job description

Excitingly, we are now looking for an organised and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our Hospitality team and support our busy restaurants.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all restaurant and event reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online booking platforms

  • Assist in the planning and organisation of group bookings, private dining, and special events

  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and provide timely reports to management

  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experiences

  • Liaise with the kitchen and event teams to ensure all requirements are met, including dietary preferences and special requests

  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service, addressing any issues or changes with professionalism and care

  • Support the broader hospitality team during peak periods and events as needed

We Expect You To Have:

  • Proven experience in a reservations or customer service role, ideally within a hospitality or luxury environment

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations

  • The ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure

  • Confidence in using booking systems and Microsoft Office applications

  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
