Job Overview

At Fortnum & Mason we have a new and exciting opportunity available in our Online Team as Performance Marketing Manager.  You will be responsible for the management of our Search channels (both Paid and Organic) at a time where growth of the Online business is paramount.  You will effectively own and manage significant budgets with an agency for executional and strategic support.

 

Responsibilities

-        Responsible for the delivery of the PPC (Search, Shopping and PMAX) and SEO channels end-to-end

-        Use analysis and auditing tools for SEO where required and work closely with multiple departments (namely Trade, Copy, Buying and Development) to implement changes

-        Daily channel analysis and continuous optimisation for KPI success

-        Agency management: ensuring the reports are delivered and optimisations implemented in a timely manner

-        Strategic accountability: planning and building customer acquisition and retention campaigns in-line with the annual forecast

-        Support the Head of Digital Marketing in delivering the wider digital strategy

-        Weekly performance reporting and analysis for incremental growth, globally

-        Liaise with the buying and trading teams to ensure new product development is supported at a suitable level across multiple channels

-        Build testing plans for incremental growth for Paid Search

-        Support in growth projects across the business, with Search channels being not only key in delivery, but also in discovery

-        Monitor competitor marketing activity globally

-        Weekly/Monthly performance and optimisation updates for the wider team

-        Ongoing insight into the search and wider online landscape to understand audience trends and motivations. Be the team’s expert voice in an ever-evolving world of Search.

Requirements

-        4+ years in digital/performance marketing with hands-on specialist channel knowledge for the channels mentioned

-        Experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

-        Use of Botify, AHREFS or similar SEO tools would be beneficial

-        Experience in feed management and optimisation is crucial

-        Data-orientated approach with excellent attention to detail

-        Advanced Excel and analysis of large data sheets is required

-        Proven success in delivering results against a plan

-        The ability to think commercially and creatively

-        Understanding of different attribution models

-        Technical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting technical issues

-        A real passion for digital marketing and the luxury food & drink industry
