People Services & Payroll Administrator

Job description

Fortnum & Mason are looking for a People Services & Payroll Administrator to join our team in Piccadilly. We are looking for someone with a customer focused improvement mind-set who will be responsible for providing support to our employee queries.

 

The key responsibilities will include:

*       Managing day-to-day HR and payroll queries, managing the team email inboxes, telephone calls and face to face when in the office

*       Owning and making recommendation for employee articles and answers to FAQ

*       Supporting the People Services Team with full employee life cycle administration processing starters, leavers and changes on the HR and payroll systems and keeping employee files up to date.

*       Maintaining accurate data and record keeping on the HR and Payroll system and in employee files, ensuring leavers are processed accurate and files are GDPR compliant

*       Supporting the Payroll and Benefits Manager, liaising with mangers on rota queries, adding overtime and other changes to payroll

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

*       Experience of working in HR or customer services

*       Experience of providing support and query resolution

*       Meticulous attention to detail
