Online Content Production Assistant
Job description
Role Purpose:
Responsible for the planning, coordination and management of digital content production for the benefit of online and PR usage
Reports to:
Head of Online Trading
Key interfaces:
Online Trading, Online Marketing, Web Design, PR, Brand Marketing and Buying.
Key Accountabilities:
* Overall responsibility for the planning and delivery of digital content
* Manage the in-house product photography calendar, coordinating with external photographers, internal studio teams and Buying departments to ensure photography is effectively planned according to deadlines
* Work with the Online and Brand Marketing teams to define a roadmap of content creation for each campaign and communicate deadlines with all internal and external stakeholders
* Plan and schedule campaign photography shoots with our external photography agency
* Collaborate with Marketing to ensure art direction is identified and shared with the agency
* Create shoot lists according to necessary deadlines, ensuring asset requirements and product lists are identified and shared with the relevant stakeholders
* Working with the Buying teams, organise the transit of product to the appropriate location of the production shoot in a timely and efficient manner
* Along with the Online Trade and PR teams, identify content needs according to trading priorities for future website and PR content
* Assist in homepage and CLP planning to define content creation needs
* Attending photoshoots as required
* Manage the receipt of digital assets and communicate their status and file location with the relevant parties
* Receive and log invoices for content creation activities
* Support in the admin of online and marketing, specifically assisting in day-to-day trade activities and managing Events pages online

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
