About the Role 

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Source top talent for retail, hospitality, and customer service roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns across the Retail Business
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver inclusive and effective hiring strategies
  • Promote our employer brand and design engaging candidate experiences
  • Use data and insights to drive smarter hiring decisions
  • Support seasonal recruitment, including assessment centres for peak periods

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experience in retail or hospitality recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — confident working with store leaders and senior colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people and service
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Happy to commute to our Piccadilly store and work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
