About the Role
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Source top talent for retail, hospitality, and customer service roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns across the Retail Business
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver inclusive and effective hiring strategies
- Promote our employer brand and design engaging candidate experiences
- Use data and insights to drive smarter hiring decisions
- Support seasonal recruitment, including assessment centres for peak periods
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail or hospitality recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — confident working with store leaders and senior colleagues
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people and service
- Commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Happy to commute to our Piccadilly store and work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
