HRIS & People Insight Analyst

Job description

Fortnum & Mason are looking for a HRIS & People Insight Analyst to join our team in Piccadilly. We are looking for someone with a customer focused improvement mind-set who will be responsible for providing support to the People Team to improve and automate to our key processes, as well as providing people analytics and insight using a range of tools and systems. This role plays a key part in delivering an efficient and effective People service to the business.

 

The key responsibilities will include:

*       Developing automated reports and dashboards to present People data and insight in a meaningful way

*       Identifying trends and patterns in People data to support and guide decision making

*       Supporting the People Team with our HRIS (People XD) to implement new modules and providing technical guidance and support

*       Looking for continuous improvement opportunities, including process improvement and automation

*       Providing research, analysis and insight into pay ranges using benchmarking and market data to support the development of our reward plans

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

*       Relevant experience in People Analytics

*       Experience of using reporting tools, such as Power BI

*       Relevant experience in HRIS platforms (preferably People XD and Fourth)

*       Highly analytical and numerical with meticulous attention to detail
