Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Host to join our unique team at our Flagship Piccadilly store. Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

What You'll Do: 

  •   Maintain a high customer focus and convey this attitude to all team members 

  • Ensure that all standards of service are met 

  • First impression of restaurant and last warming goodbye, creating positive and fun experience for customers. 

  • Reservation bookkeeper, ensuring organized and accurate records of customers. 

  • Strive for customer satisfaction by meeting all personal and special requests of guests.
