  • Execute dishes to a high standard – working under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, following recipes precisely and maintaining the restaurant’s standards every time.
  • Own the details on the pass – monitoring cooking times, seasoning and presentation so that every dish looks beautiful and tastes exceptional.
  • Support stock and ordering – helping to manage stock levels, rotation and ordering to avoid shortages and minimise waste.
  • Champion hygiene and food safety – keeping your section clean and organised at all times, and following all HACCP, hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Be a true team player – working closely with your Chef de Partie and the wider brigade to keep service smooth and efficient, especially during the busiest periods.

  • A genuine passion for food, flavour and seasonality.
  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A collaborative, positive approach – you enjoy being part of a brigade and supporting more junior chefs.
