We are now seeking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our busy St Pancras Intentional store. Our Assistant Manager will continue the tradition of delivering a world class experience to the customers of Fortnum & Mason. Reporting both to the Store Manager and the Deputy Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will be supporting and assisting the smooth retail operation of this site. As an individual, you will facilitate the delivery of the high service standard expected of a luxury retailer, to exceed the Fortnum & Mason customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service that reflects Fortnum’s heritage and high standards
- Inspire and support your team, sharing expert product knowledge and coaching them to delight every customer
- Ensure the shop floor is immaculate, maintaining visual merchandising and presentation standards that showcase our iconic brand
- Oversee daily operations, including stock management, team coordination, and smooth execution of store procedures
- Create a welcoming and elegant environment, ensuring every customer feels valued and every visit is memorable.
