Open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner across a menu inspired by the season for a modern London with familiar favourites alongside a fine dining experience.
We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Maître D to assist the front of house team
Key Accountabilities:
Work with the Maître D team to ensure the smooth running of the Reception and Guest services
Support the drive and Motivation of the team by looking for areas where they can deliver more
Support the Maître D and your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Be the face of the Restaurant and the first point of contact for the Customers
Ensure adherence to company policies, controls and standards
Ensure all our customers are welcome and engaged
Ensure the restaurant is set up to accommodate all the reservations
Ensure that all guests are seated in a timely manner
We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:
Experienced in a high-end restaurant as an Assistant Maitre D
Experienced in guest profiling and recognition
Managing the day-to-day bookings
Ensuring the warmest welcome and experience is given to our guests
Impeccable appearance and interpersonal skills
