Seasonal Reservation Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

Our Reservation Coordinator should be fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days from 9am to 6pm including weekends, on a 45 hour per week contract. No extensive holidays can be considered during seasonal contracts due to business needs.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage all restaurant bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms

  • Assist in planning and organising group bookings and special requests

  • Manage payments and prepayments through SevenRooms, including issuing payment links when required

  • Liaise with front of house and kitchen teams to ensure all reservation details and special requirements are communicated clearly

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or modifications with care

We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience within a reservations or customer service role, ideally within a Hospitality or luxury setting

  • Familiarity with SevenRooms, Zendesk, and OpenTable is desirable

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations

  • The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
