As part of our team, you’ll deliver world‑class service, inspiring customers with your deep product knowledge and enthusiasm for fine fragrance. Reporting to the Floor Manager, you’ll ensure every visit feels special while helping us achieve departmental goals through both individual brilliance and collaborative teamwork.

What You'll Do:
Welcome and engage customers, creating a warm and memorable shopping experience
Share your expert knowledge of fragrance, brands, and scent profiles to inspire and delight
Assist customers in discovering fragrances that suit their tastes, occasions, and preferences
Maintain impeccable presentation standards across the department
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Stay curious and proactive in learning about new launches, brands, and fragrance trends
Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience
What We Are Looking For:
A genuine love for luxury retail and fine fragrance
Previous experience in a similar role
A confident, engaging, and friendly approach to customer service
A hunger to learn and master our products inside‑out
Flexibility to work 15 hours weekly on a rotating schedule (including some weekends)
