We’re looking for an experienced Retail Replenisher to join our Stock Operations Replenishment Team, ensuring our much‑loved biscuits are always perfectly stocked, immaculately presented, and ready to delight every customer.
From classic favourites to seasonal showstoppers, you’ll play a vital role in keeping one of our most treasured departments running seamlessly.
Please note: this is a part-time role (16 hours per week), and we’re looking for candidates who can offer flexibility to work shifts across different days of the week.

What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our dedicated StockOps Replenishment Team, you’ll help keep our store beautifully stocked and operationally sound. Your day will include:
- Carrying out daily stock picks to support the trading floor
- Executing auto‑generated picks and responding to manual requests for loose and pre‑packed ambient goods
- Ensuring the displays are replenished to exacting standards, reflecting Fortnum’s commitment to presentation and quality
- Reporting shortages and flagging potential quality control risks
- Processing inbound transfers from our external distribution centre and receiving direct supplier deliveries
- Working closely with StockOps Supervisors and Admin Teams to maintain smooth stock flow and availability
Your attention to detail and pride in presentation will ensure our customers experience the store at its very best — every tin, tray, and shelf perfectly prepared.

- Experience in manual handling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commercial awareness and a good understanding of health & safety at work
