Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver an exceptional café experience, combining high-quality coffee-making with outstanding customer service on the shop floor.
You’ll be the face of our brand—welcoming customers, crafting drinks to perfection, and ensuring every interaction feels warm, personal, and memorable.

What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to the highest standard
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging approach
Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently recommend items
Support the wider team with sales, merchandising, and replenishment
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained
Operate tills and handle transactions accurately
Keep the café and service areas clean, organised, and inviting
What We Are Looking For:
Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred
Passionate about coffee, food, and delivering excellent service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods
